We continue to develop our services to meet the needs of the people who we work with. There are lots of different ways that you can access our services and these ways would start off a referral into our organisation.

What we do/Our Services
Accessing our services
We aim to provide quality mental health services in a non-stigmatising environment for those aged 11 and above, who are experiencing, or who are at risk of, developing mental ill health and emotional distress. Ensuring accessibility through an open referral system enables service users and their family or carers to refer themselves to services that are easy to access and based in their local community.
Making a Referral
We have a number of services which require a referral and initial assessment in order for you to access them. This means we will ask you for your details (date of birth, ethnicity, GP, etc) and contact information (phone number, email address) and will arrange for you to have an initial assessment to see what’s going on for you at the minute and how we will move forward with arranging appropriate support. Services which do not require a referral
Some of our services do not require a referral, including; Training, Café Life and groups which run at The Life House and are run by external professionals.
