Help us shape our new Young People’s Wellbeing Passport

At Washington Mind, we’re working with young people, parents/carers and the professionals who work with them to create a Young People’s Wellbeing Passport.

The Wellbeing Passport is a simple tool that will help young people share important information about themselves, their mental health and wellbeing, and the support that works best for them.

Many young people have told us that it can be difficult having to explain their story when they move to a new school, meet a new professional, or access a different service. The Wellbeing Passport aims to make this easier by giving young people one place to record information that matters to them and share it when they choose.

We’ve now created a first draft and would love to hear what you think. Whether you’re a young person, parent/carer, teacher, support worker, healthcare professional, or someone who works with young people, your feedback will help us improve the Passport and make sure it’s easy to use, helpful and accessible.
