Messages of Hope

We’re gathering Messages of Hope from real people across our local community.

Our ambition is to flood The Life House, and social media with Messages of Hope… and we’d love to include yours.

Will you help us?

A great place to start is by having a think about these two questions…

  • What is your message of hope for someone who is finding life hard at the moment?
  • And what do you find hope in?

We’d be so grateful if you could help us out. Simply…

  1. Create your very own Message of Hope (you can do this on your own, or with your family, friends or colleagues… be as creative as you like! But the paper should be large enough to be read through your photo)
  2. Take a photograph of yourself holding your message AND/OR make a video answering our questions above
  3. (Videos to be portrait and less than a minute long)
  4. Upload your photo and/or video to our dropbox folder by clicking here.

Here’s some examples purely for inspiration.

Even though your Message of Hope is personal to you, we’re sure there’s someone out there who needs to hear your words.

Please send us your Message of Hope by uploading it to our Dropbox folder (which you can access by clicking here) to reach us by 12pm on Monday 8th September 2025 so we can include it in our campaign.

Keep an eye out on our social media on World Suicide Prevention Day (10th Sept) when we’ll be sharing all of the Messages of Hope that we receive.

Thank you so much for your support.
