Managing Anxiety and Worry Course
Our Managing Anxiety and Worry Course will run for six weeks and will help you develop the skills and techniques you need to manage anxiety and worry in day-to-day life.
Each session focuses on a different tool;
- Using a worry diary
- Challenging unhelpful thoughts
- Managing your worry through Worry Time and other activities
- Breathing exercises and grounding
- Reducing avoidance
There will be a range of activities in each session facilitated by our mental health practitioner, and group discussions with other individuals going through the same or similar things to yourself.
