Living With A Chronic Illness or Illnesses Course
The Living with A Chronic Illness or Illnesses group is a five-week course which will look at what it is like to live with a chronic illness and support you to develop tools that can help you thrive, not just survive, with a chronic illness.
Each session focuses on a different tool;
- The Power of Lists,
- Accepting Your Limitations,
- Three Good Things Daily Mantra,
- Meditate Your Way to Less Pain,
- and building a support network.
There will be a range of activities in each session facilitated by our mental health practitioner, and group discussions with other individuals going through the same or similar things to yourself.
