Our Improving Self-Esteem Course will run for seven weeks and will help you develop the skills and techniques to improve your self-esteem and learn to be kind to yourself.

- Modifying Attribution Error
- The Cycle of Negative Automatic Thoughts
- Challenging the Critic and Being Kind to Yourself
- Recognising Your Good Qualities and Feeling Good About Yourself
- Assertiveness
There will be a range of activities in each session facilitated by our mental health practitioner, and group discussions with other individuals going through the same or similar things to yourself.
