Our Food and Mood Course will run for six weeks and will help you to understand how food and diet can affect your mental and physical wellbeing. Improving your diet can improve your mood, give you more energy, and help you think more clearly.

- The MediMod diet
- Eating well on a budget
- What have you learnt and how will you continue?
There will be a range of activities in each session facilitated by our mental health practitioner, and group discussions with other individuals going through the same or similar things to yourself.
