Our office will be closed from 5pm on Thursday 1st April 2021 for the bank holiday weekend, with telephone lines closing at 2pm. We will reopen at 9am on Tuesday 6th April 2021.

- Samaritans for free, confidential emotional support and a listening ear service on: 116123
- Shout is a crisis text service which offers in the moment support for times when life gets overwhelming and you need some immediate support. 📲 Adults can text SHOUT to 85258 and young people can text YM to 85258 any time day or night to be connected to a trained Crisis Volunteer who will chat with you by text.
- Young people can also access free support from NSPCC‘s Childline on: 08001111 or through their 1-2-1 counsellor chat on their website: https://www.childline.org.uk/get-support/1-2-1-counsellor-chat/ (available 9am-midnight)
- If you need immediate support during this time and feel that you cannot keep yourself safe, please contact the Initial Response Service on freephone: 0800 652 2867, call: 999 or visit your local Accident and Emergency Department.
