This group will start on at 9:45am every Friday at The Life House
Each session will cost £2.50
Our brunch club gives you the opportunity to get out, meet new people and relax with a cuppa and some brunch, such as bacon sandwiches, hot dogs, or toasties, in a safe space!
Our brunch options change on a weekly basis and costs around £1.50 – this includes your brunch and a drink.

Come along to our friendly walking group ‘Wags and Walks’ and bring along your four-legged friends, it will be a great opportunity to have a chin wag and take in some beautiful scenery. All friendly dogs welcome.
This group will run every Tuesday from 12pm, starting at The Life House.
All who would like to join us can meet at the start of the session at The Life House with, or without, a four-legged friend.
Steps to Recovery is a social support group to build and support with mental health recovery.
This group will run for 6 weeks starting on the 3rd of November, every Wednesday 10:30am – 12pm.
This is a peer lead anxiety management group which meet on a weekly basis.
